How is it that in a world that is constantly changing, the things we most want to change seem perpetually stuck in place? Perhaps our reaction to a mad, mad world over which we have such little control is to tighten our grip on the things we think we can control: our time, our families, our hearts. But when we grab hold of something so tightly, we are no longer free to hold anything else. We’re stuck. What would happen if we LET GO?
